GioiaPura chooses Tun2U for new UX and UI interfaces

GioiaPura, the online jewelry store that boasts thousands of original products from more than 130 international brands, has chosen thee-commerce enabler Tun2U to revamp its site. The result? A usable and elegant platform with a modern interface that reflects the brand’s identity, allowing the user to move in total freedom.

A project that was the result of careful study and planning among different teams and professional figures with a common goal: to optimize the platform so as to offer a new user interface (UI ) and a click-proof user experience (UX).

From the product sheet to the user area, not forgetting the filtering system and the checkout phase, every detail was examined and perfected. “All the layouts of the site,” said Paolo Conti, art director of Tun2U, “were analyzed in great depth with the GioiaPura team, so much so that multiple revisions were required to arrive at the perfect match between user experience and all the technical needs. This is a site that is as complex in its implementation as it is successful from the UI and UX point of view.”

“Other important details we focused on,” he pointed out, “were both the restructuring of the home page and the total reorganization of the product tab. From now on, the user who is on GioiaPura is not necessarily forced to go through the category page, but can discover other products of interest almost in every section, items suggested and recommended based on the type of browsing done by the customer.”

Special attention has also been paid to the discounting section and the checkout phase: the former has been improved, making it clearer right from the start, while the latter has been simplified as much as possible to make it easier for the user to complete the order.

“From the integration of different payment and shipping methods,” concluded the art director, “to customer care, thanks to which returns can now be made even faster, every section of the site has been optimized down to the smallest detail.
