From technical consulting to development: the Agrigarden project

Development, design, and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) are just some of the activities that Tun2U Group oversaw for Agrigarden’s online platform.
Following a consulting service aimed at the renewal of certain services offered by the store dedicated to agricultural and gardening items, the workings focused, in particular, on providing ongoing and evolutionary technological consulting of the platform and managing the main activities in SEA and E-mail marketing.

It was not just about digital marketing and technical consulting: a key focus was also on omnichanneling, to create a winning synergy between online and physical stores. After an initial handover and reverse engineering phase, the site was moved to a new Tun2U server infrastructure optimized for Magento Commerce, and corrective development work began immediately, so as to put the platform in a position to handle orders smoothly, revising especially the part of integrations and checkout. Subsequently, the necessary flows were also configured for SEM activities, which were identified as the initial launch tool.

Within about a month of the handover, the first Shopping campaign was launched, finally making the site a tool capable of generating revenue incrementally and continuously.
