New site for Italian Brand Museum

A more intuitive home page, an easier-to-navigate structure and a more appealing graphic design: the Italian Brand Museum website has been completely revamped and is officially online.

This virtual museum-whose primary purpose is to deepen and enhance the immense graphic heritage of Made in Italy companies-proposes, indeed ‘exhibits’ a vast visual documentation, the result of accurate historical-graphic research on the evolution, change and restyling of some of Italy’s leading brands.

The collaboration with the Tun2U Group started with the design of the new platform and then involved new areas, such as social media management. One of the main works involved the UX and UI restyling of the entire site, keeping intact the primary logic for viewing the various paths dedicated to the brands, as well as the exhibits.

Project goal: to enhance the history and work that the museum has accomplished so far. As of today, the site is aesthetically even more engaging and easy to use, with information at the click of a button and a new section dedicated to receiving b2b inquiries.

“It was a real pleasure to take part in this project. Thanks to the participation of Mumit and the dedicated UX/UI Designer Unit, we managed to come up with a minimal and modern line that can accompany the visitor along different paths while telling each brand in the most immediate and straightforward way possible.”, explained Paul Conti, Art Director of the Tun2U Group.

The Italian Brand Museum therefore decided to entrust Tun2U Group also with the management of its social channels, which saw a complete restyling of their visual identity, closely linked to the work done on the web platform. Strategically, the choice was made to shape MUMIT’s communication in line with contemporary graphic design magazines, presenting the museum’s work, services-such as exhibitions and catalogs-and large archive of national and international brands in a modern, clean and impactful way.

“Since the inception of Italian Brand Museum in 2015, the website has had some functional shortcomings and slow fruition”, he told Raphael Fontanella, President of Mumit, pointing out that. “these critical issues have been overcome and improved thanks to the simultaneous redesign done by Tun2U. In this delicate transition phase, it was incumbent upon us to collaborate with experts in the field, and the new website represents the fruitful relationship between Mumit and Tun2U.”.
