MarketKing and Klaviyo together at Turin’s EcommerceDay

“Following the user throughout the customer journey is critical to increasing both customer lifetime value and store margin. For this, it is imperative to use a marketing automation platform designed for ecommerce so as to meet the needs of this crucial market.” This is what Simone Romani, founder of MarketKing, a unit of Tun2U Group, explained during his speech at the EcommerceDay , organized in Turin on October 18 and 19. Romani gave a speech dedicated to the use of Klaviyo, an automation marketing platform, for which MarketKing is the only Klaviyo Gold Partner agency in Italy.

During his speech-dedicated, among other things, to the collaboration with Buffetti to migrate from another platform to Klaviyo-the founder of MarketKing then thanked the participants: “It is good to see the interest there is in this channel that is already fundamental and widely used in America, but still underutilized in Italy. Whoever introduces it first will benefit the most.”.

Also present at the event dedicated to the e-commerce world was Sergio Ferrari, Buffetti’s marketing manager, to tell his views on the platform.
