AT LEONARDO DA VINCI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT THE 1ST PHYGITAL STORE

NOOE, the world’s first physical-digital store under the banner of the innovative “phygital” frontier , lands inside the new Schengen shopping area of Terminal 1 at Leonardo da Vinci International Airport. This is aworld premiere that is poised to revolutionize the retail sector, enabling the enjoyment of products and services in a highly digitized manner, but, at the same time, interactive and aimed at engaging the user 360 degrees.

Specifically, NOOE is a marketplace sales model-entirely made in Italy-combined with a physical shopping experience, that is, a store that does not need staff and allows the user to purchase the product displayed in the window completely independently. This pop-up store, measuring just 3.5 square meters, was created to offer limited-edition products within exclusive spaces. Each product can be bought and delivered directly to the indicated address, making the shopping experience fast, simple and intuitive.

Aeroporti di Roma was the first to believe in the initiative, immediately creating a synergy with the Italian startup and showing great willingness and openness to the phygital world. Opening the first showcase isAS Roma with the exclusive display of Premium Polo shirts, a limited edition made in different colors: black, burgundy and blue. A garment designed for soccer lovers without losing sight of refined style.
For the Giallorossi club, the initiative is part of its constant search for technologically innovative solutions to improve and amplify access to its products.

Innovation, convenience and speed that will benefit not only the customer, but also the retailer’s brand. The latter, in fact, will have the ability to launch exclusive “flash sales” campaigns within high-traffic spaces, combining physical presence with the advantages of online sales without the need to open a store and optimizing time, budget and energy consumption.

Distributed in Europe by NOOE Italia S.r.l., the space is particularly useful for giving visibility on the marketing side to companies selling products and services that would not normally have easy and quick access to prime commercial space.

“NOOE ,” explained Luca Migliorati, CEO of NOOE Italia S.r.l. is a project born out of a strong need for change in the retail world. In an age where everything is purchased online, we believe it is very important not to lose the physical shopping experience, evolving it into a phygital shopping experience.”

“The goal of the initiative ,” Migliorati pointed out. is to empower landlords to create new phygital sales spaces within their locations, attracting multiple brands to an on-demand online sales experience while maximizing their visibility and profits. In fact, such a showcase makes it possible to change companies and proposals in a particularly short time.”

The Italian project-whose development at the airport was coordinated by Stefano de Santis, founder of T-UP consulting-is supported by the Tun2U Group for the technology component and by Asteco Industria for the implementation and management of the showcases.
