Pampers ‘Weeks of Love’ project kicks off

To always have the right diaper at the right time

Receive periodically as gifts from friends and relatives packages of Pampers diapers depending on the weeks or months of one’s baby. “Weeks of love” is the new project Fater – 50-50 joint venture between Procter & Gamble and the Angelini family – made in collaboration with the Tun2U, which allows you to always have the right amount of diapers and, most importantly, the perfect size even as time passes.

An idea, as Eros Durante, enterprise partnership manager of the Tun2U group, explained, that is as useful as it is innovative thanks to which “every mom can register on the Pampers portal and share the link to a page dedicated to her. Just from this page friends and family will be able to give her the diaper equivalent of Weeks of Love.”

Once the design was defined and the UX and UI were developed, according to the usability logic and user perspectives, a management panel for the logistics service specifically designed for Weeks of Love was also created.

“Certainly the main innovation of this initiative,” Durante pointed out, “lies in the level of service provided. Moms can conveniently manage their babies’ growth stages right from home-from PC or mobile-by selecting the right size and scheduling shipments so they never run out of diapers. All of this is at no additional charge.”

In order to provide users with an intuitive and high-performance experience Tun2U decided to completely separate frontend and backend, thus developing a single page application in React, a JavaScript library for creating innovative and high-performance user interfaces.

“This means that users can purchase in a really streamlined and fast way, without being forced to go through long and tedious purchasing procedures,” the manager concluded.
