CHALLENGE

SELL THROUGHOUT ITALY

The purpose of the project was to optimize the Magento Commerce-based platform to raise awareness of the Agrigarden Group brand and sell products nationwide, through SEO and SEM channels in synergy with Amazon and Ebay marketplaces.

SOLUTION

A PARTNERSHIP WITH STRONG ROOTS

The optimization work carried out on Magento Commerce, technical support, and ongoing consulting on the project allowed the platform to be improved to make it suitable with SEO and SEM services. This approach enabled the client to increase traffic, improve conversion rates and “triple-digit” sales in the domestic market, while optimizing the average budget spent monthly.

Integration with Amazon and EBAY

To facilitate the distribution and sale of products beyond the borders of Latium, we have integrated the e-commerce platform and catalog with the well-known marketplaces Amazon and Ebay: about a quarter of orders are placed on the marketplaces and from customers located throughout Italy. Today Agrigarden Group is among the Italian market leaders in the sale of spare parts, equipment and products for gardening and agriculture.

Targeted and effective SEO interventions

Thanks to a complex analysis in SEO and in light of the results obtained, we carried out a series of targeted interventions on the Magento Commerce platform. The interventions optimized the tree, content, integrations, and enabled new payment gateways. The Forza SEO team also conducted keywords research to identify the best-indexed industry keywords to target, in relation to related onsite and offsite optimization actions.

Optimized, data-driven SEM campaigns

After performing the optimization work and transferring the platform to the web server infrastructure managed by Tun2U technicians, the SEM strategy was outlined. We then activated the channel and set up the initial flows; quickly the platform began generating orders and sales. Growing revenue and careful data analysis, allowed the marketing team at a later stage, to optimize budgets and refine campaigns on Search and Shopping network.
