Artègo is a brand specializing in the sale of professional hair products that has been in the market for more than two decades. Distributed in more than 50 countries, the brand makes products entirely Made in Italy with natural, biodegradable ingredients and using recyclable packaging.
The client’s request was to create a new B2B e-commerce platform that could enable better order management and interaction with distributors and retailers worldwide.
The solution proposed by our team was to implement a new e-commerce based on Magento Commerce, capable of integrating with ERP and enterprise CRM.
Starting with the concept of a new, simple and intuitive navigation interface, we paid special attention to enabling users to browse the catalog by product lines and add products to the shopping cart in bulk mode.
In addition, the user area has been customized with new functions for reordering and viewing order and invoice history.
To increase brand awareness and customer base globally, a lead generation strategy was also implemented for distributors and retailers on SEA and Social Media channels through the creation of a new landing page.
The landing allows for an overview of the company’s entire commercial offering, inviting the user to fill out the appropriate form integrated with the Magento user management system in order to allow Artégo staff easy consultation of customer documentation and subsequent activation of the user within the platform.
Special attention in this project was given to the mobile experience: our team studied and optimized every element of the new Artègo website making it easily usable from any mobile device following the characteristics of the buyer person in the target industry.
