The need was to create an automated system that would allow BMW Service Roma dealerships of the BMW Group, to interface with customers for coupon booking

SOLUTION

We created an online agenda with step-by-step logic, integrated with the CMR dedicated to managing the dealership’s operational flows.
The user interface allows the user to select the desired dealership and book the chosen slot to coupon their BMW or Mini.

Booking from mobile

The step booking system was designed primarily for mobile devices, studying every element of the interface to make the flow clear and intuitive.

Hosting testing & debugging

We set up a server infrastructure with geographic redundancy, and analyzed every aspect of integration with their systems, planning a series of testing and debugging, cross-platform and cross-browser activities.
