We remind you of the appointment at Bentivoglio on June 21 and 22 in the beautiful location of the Zanhotel & Meeting Centergross Convention Center in Bologna.

Interview with Luca Migliorati

Good morning Luca, thank you for this interview and for participating in #gedsummit16. Before we get into the meat of this short interview, can you tell us a little bit about your company?

Good morning everyone, Tun2u aims to support the client 360° in the digital sector. Our digital agency based in Rome, was born from the common idea (together with my partner and friend Enrico Falappa) to provide professional consulting aimed at increasing online profits. We take care of analyzing the client’s needs and market trends, and then proceed with the creation of an ad hoc digital strategy. Our services range from development to consulting in the field of web marketing, and in recent years we have focused a lot of attention on the e-commerce world, particularly regarding the Magento platform.

Will you be coming to #gedsummit16 with some news or are you open to listening to visiting companies and their needs and requests?

Clearly we are open to listening to the requests of visiting companies, it will be our task to understand their needs and find an efficient solution that can meet their expectations both in terms of results and budget. We will also present “Haliante” a brand new business intelligence tool for e-commerce, to which we have devoted two long years of development. If you would like a preview you can find more information at www.haliante.com .

Italy and Ecommerce: a pairing still at the pole, as many claim, or is something moving here too, in recent years?

We are all aware that the e-commerce market in Italy is going a little slow, but this does not mean that we cannot be internationally competitive. The most frequent stumbling block we have encountered over the years is an initial “nonconfidence” of companies in the potential offered by online marketplaces. There is a lot of misinformation and many realities still prefer to allocate significant resources to traditional forms of marketing, leaving only crumbs for online investments. The positive note is that in the last two-three years, thanks to the multiplication of training events, many companies are becoming increasingly aware of the potential offered by the web and are beginning to approach agencies with less distrust…but the road is still all uphill.

For companies already grappling with Ecommerce, the challenge is to hold their own against international giants, with the necessary belief that David can again defeat Goliath. How can your company be a strategic partner in this scenario?
